Qualifications

• External Candidates (1 or 2 below)
  1. BSc. Degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration (Finance / Accounts) / Business Management which is recognized by the U.G.C.
     And
     A minimum of one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the Post after obtaining the first Degree.
  2. Having passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute of which is relevant to the post and a subject area
     And
     A minimum of one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the Post after obtaining the First Degree.
• Internal Candidates (1 or 2 below)
  1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above.
  2. Completion of minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in a post in the Junior Manager (JM) Category, relevant to the post.

Salary

• Rs. 53,175 – 10×1,375 – 15×1,910 – 95,575/ = per month.
• Rs. 53,175/= and Cost of Living Allowance of Rs. 7,800/ = and Budgetary Allowance of Rs. 5,000/=, Transport Allowance of Rs. 15,000/= p.m.
