Qualification
- Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- Have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Be able to develop new relationships through the acquisition of new-to-bank clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess necessary skills to CTOSS sell liability / PFS / cash management products thus increasing the Bank’s wallet share
- Willing to meet work demands for urgent customer transactions / proposals
Experience
- Possess 8 years of executive experience in the banking / finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking and project lending
