Qualifications

• Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• Have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
• Be able to develop new relationships through the acquisition of new-to-bank clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess necessary skills to cross sell liability/ PFS/ cash management products thus increasing the Bank’s wallet share
• Willing to meet work demands for urgent customer transactions/proposals

Experience

• Possess 8 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking and project lending
