Qualifications
- Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- Possess ACI Dealing Certificate / Certificate in Treasury & Foreign Exchange Operations conducted by CBSL
- Knowledge on FX, Money & Fixed Income markets will also be an added advantage
- Have a fair understanding on the regulatory framework and internal guidelines
- Possess good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Possess good negotiation skills
Experience
- Possess 6 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with experience in a Treasury environment
- Experience in a Treasury related area / Finance / Risk Management would be a definite advantage
