Qualifications

• University degree from a recognized University on Gender or Law or public health or social sciences, or related field
• An advanced university degree on Gender or Law or public health or social sciences, or related fields
• Excellent written and spoken English, fluency in Sinhala or Tamil.

Experience

• At least three (03) year work experience in the field of Gender, Equity and Human Rights, / or in a related field preferably in Gender mainstreaming work
• Past experience in working with UN system and with government programmes
