Qualifications

• B.Sc degree in Automobile / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission
  And
• Postgraduate (Masters) Degree qualification in the field of Automobile / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 20 years experience at Managerial Level in a Corporation, Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment, out of which 05 years should be at Senior Managerial Level with the proven record of teaching and training of relevant subjects, handling of students and industrial related experience.
  Or
• Having obtained a Corporate Membership in the field of Automobile / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 18 years experience in Managerial Level in a Corporation, Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment, out of which 05 years should be in Senior Managerial Level with the proven record of teaching and training of relevant subjects, handling of students and industrial related experience.
  
• An officer with a minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in Deputy Director-Deputy Principal post in the senior manager category. (Internal)

Salary Scale

• HM 2-1-2016 – Rs. 91,645 – 2700 x 12 – 124,045/- (In addition, government approved allowances will be paid.)
